Our Terms and Conditions of Service (“Terms of Service”) will govern your account and activities, your purchases, and the use of products and services available through the Livin Chic website (www.marlenthelabel.com). We encourage you to read these prior to taking any action as it may be updated from time to time. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions provided, please do not proceed with any orders or activities through our website.

MEMBERSHIP

 

In order to access certain features of the Site and Services and to post any Member Content on the Site, or through the Services, you must create an account. 

You may create your account from the Marlen The Label Site. At a minimum, the sign-up will require  you to:

(3) submit any other form of authentication required as part of the sign-up process, in Marlen The Label's sole discretion.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account.

We thank you for the appreciation on the content that we publish on this website. However, please note that all content from our Website (including Software and HTML) and Social Media pages are our own. Therefore, it should not be used for any purpose other than personal. Content includes but are not limited to graphics, logos, photographs, image rights, videos or texts. Any reproduction, copying or foregoing of the content are prohibited. ORDER & PROCESSING

 

You can order any of our products as long as they are still available. Products in high demand may be sold out real quickly, so please note that items in your shopping bag are not reserved - you have to check out to make sure you purchase the product. You cannot add more items to your shopping bag once you have checked out. We cannot modify/add products for you; you have to reorder again to make a purchase if you do not want to pay double shipping fees. You cannot reserve any of our products. We have the right not to give you reservations.

 

We reserve the right not to process your order if we are unable to validate your payment due to reasons such as different account holder's name or incomplete payment. We also reserve the right not to process your order if our product is out of stock and if the system experiences errors. We will refund your payment completely

 

PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION

 

Payment can be made via BCA bank transfer and credit cards (via Midtrans, a secure payment gateway). If you pay using bank transfer, you have to confirm your payment to validate your purchase. If you pay using credit cards, your order will be proceed automatically once your payment is successful. 

 

RETURNS POLICY

 

Thank you for having made your purchase with us. We apologize if our product is not to the standard that we have promised. To make the returns process easier for you, please email us at hello@marlenthelabel.com with the information that we need from below:

 

Please make sure that the product is UNUSED

The purchase needs to be from our website (www.marlenthelabel.com), therefore also attach the ID number and/or receipt that you were given with the purchase

The purchase was made within 7 days

 

Returns are only applicable for full priced items, therefore SALE items cannot be exchanged or returned. 

 

Shipping costs will be included in the refund. For International customers, please contact your local customs for more information on customs and tax refund.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We will accept exchanges of our product within the timeframe of 7 days. The condition of this exchange are only applicable if:

 

Product was damaged

The wrong variant was sent out

 

We do not accept exchanges other than the above condition that has been stated.
